Having been a licensed Realtor since 1984 – 37 years in the business and a member of Sutton Group Quantum for 26 years, Tim has vast experience with new and resale residential homes, development sites, commercial/industrial sales and leasing, golf course acquisition and surrounding land for residential development. Tim has been a board member on various condominium boards and held positions as a committee member on community groups and local rate payer groups. He is a true tournament only golfer. Tim is an active participant in local charity events for the community and a volunteer with the Kidney Foundation and a member of the Knights of Columbus for 25 years. As a contributor to “closed”, Realtor only, Facebook groups he creates an additional sphere of likeminded Realtors to network with and exchange best-market marketing avenues for his clients. Tom has been a member of the Knights of Columbus and has worked on numerous election campaigns over the years. Tom was a member of the Task Force for the Toronto Real Estate Board regarding implementation of MLS system and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Lilian H Parsons Bursary Fund.
